Who We Are
EDGE Custom Homes is Central Oklahoma’s premier custom home builder. Our team brings over 50 years of combined design and building experience. From dream to move-in, our team will deliver a better product at a price that beats our competition.
It all starts with the design! EDGE has access to an in-house architectural team so that each build is carefully reviewed to meet the desires of the customer, functionality and custom designer touches….all while staying within the determined budget. And best of all, our architectural designing is INCLUDED in our price!
What also sets EDGE apart is our commitment to helping our customers find custom touches that sets your home apart. We don’t build ‘cookie cutter’ houses. Unique LED lighting features, vaulted ceilings, functional outdoor spaces and outdoor kitchens are just a few items that can be designed into the home. Many of these features are included in the prices or are available at a minimal fee.

Norm Schoonover
Norm brings over 20 years of business management experience and over 20 years of home construction experience to lead the EDGE Construction Team. When evaluating subcontractors, Norm has two main criteria, price and quality. Per Norm "EDGE has an extensive network of licensed and bonded contractors that deliver on quality AND price. We set the bar high for each part of the construction process. EDGE does it right and never does just the bare minimum"
Ryan Scamehorn
Ryan brings over 25 years of architectural design experience to his role as design consultant. Each EDGE home INCLUDES a free home design with each new home build. Ryan and his team provide the framework to make sure the customer details are passed down through blueprint creation, construction and detailed touches.
Daniel Highsmith
Daniel brings over 25 years of organizational operational experience to the edge team He develops a strict plan for each build to keep each on schedule. Daniel also ensures there is clear communication between the customer, design, construction team and accounting teams.
