EDGE believes that it is critical that each customer find a plan that is right for their family. Therefore, we provide a custom plan with each home build.

How much does it cost to build a home?
We have confidence that we can build your home at a better quality AND a better rate than our competition. However, the exact dollar amount depends on the level of finish that is chosen for the home. For example, there are $5 per square foot floor tiles, and there are $25 per square foot tiles. The final price will vary based on the materials chosen.
