EDGE can build on your land or we can assist in finding the best location to make your vision happen.

While some initial discussions on budget happen up front, after a blueprint is developed, the EDGE team will work to develop a clear budget so that you will know what to expect and how the process will work from start to finish.

5. FINANCING

If needed, the EDGE team has a network of financial lenders who are committed to help you obtain financing that meets your needs and budget.

6. CONSTRUCTION

Here is where the fun begins! Watching that dream become reality – one step at a time. The EDGE team will involve you as much as you desire in the build process so that you fully understand the quality and craftsmanship that goes into each home.
